Man Accused in Actor James Handy's Death Declared Mentally Unfit for Trial
A Los Angeles judge has ruled that Michael Gledhill, 44, accused of murdering veteran actor James Handy, 81, is mentally incompetent to face criminal prosecution. The court has ordered involuntary psychiatric medication.
