Cambodia Cracks Down on Telegram Impersonation Scams Targeting Facebook Shoppers
Cambodian police have arrested a man accused of running a sophisticated Telegram scam that netted over US$110,000 by impersonating government officials and business owners to intimidate Facebook shoppers into paying money.
