Federal allocations to states are constitutionally determined, says Pasir Gudang MP
Pasir Gudang MP Hassan Abdul Karim emphasises that the MADANI Government bases its financial allocations to states on the Federal Constitution. States can address concerns through the National Finance Council if dissatisfied.
