Chinese National Fined RM5,000 for Attempted Theft Aboard Flight to Kuala Lumpur
A Chinese citizen has been fined RM5,000 by magistrate's court in Sepang after admitting guilt to attempting to steal a Japanese passenger's backpack mid-flight from Timor-Leste to Kuala Lumpur earlier this week.
