Lim's defamation victory against Muhyiddin upheld though damages reduced to RM450,000
Malaysia's Court of Appeal has upheld a defamation judgment in favour of Lim but significantly reduced the damages from the High Court's original assessment, cutting both aggravated and exemplary damages awards.
