Five arrested in RM77,000 scratch-and-win scam targeting elderly Malaysians
Perak police have arrested five individuals suspected of operating a scratch-and-win lottery fraud ring that victimised two elderly women, relieving them of more than RM77,000 in combined valuables and cash across separate incidents.
