Chinese Man Arrested in Tokyo for Running Unlicensed Taxi Scheme Targeting Tourists
Tokyo police have arrested Wang Xiaoyu, 41, for operating an unlicensed taxi service that transported Chinese tourists using vehicles registered under a chauffeur company. Three drivers were also arrested.
