SUBANG JAYA: The body of a woman was found in Sungai Klang near a factory here after a member of the public alerted police.
Subang Jaya police chief Wan Azlan Wan Mamat said the discovery was reported at 12.58pm.
"Preliminary investigations found that the deceased's face had already decomposed while the skin on her hands and feet had peeled off.
"The deceased was fully clothed, wearing a yellow jacket and bright-coloured jeans," he said in a statement.
Wan Azlan said police also found a sling bag on the victim containing her Indonesian identification card.
The body was sent to Serdang Hospital for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
The case has been classified as sudden death for now.
