Mexican authorities arrest suspected gang leader linked to mayor's assassination
Mexico's Security Minister Omar Garcia announced the arrest of Ramon Angel, a suspected leader of a criminal cell linked to the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, accused of ordering the assassination of Uruapan Mayor Carlos Manzo.
