Fire Safety Crackdown Targets Johor Bahru's Overcrowded 'Bird Nest' Rental Units
Malaysia's Fire and Rescue Department has launched an integrated enforcement operation against nine overcrowded rental premises in Johor Bahru known as 'rumah sarang burung', inspecting converted shophouses for fire safety compliance and occupant density violations.
