Hong Kong Legislator Resigns After Drink-Driving Arrest, Breaking 26-Year Precedent
William Wong Kam-fai, a Hong Kong Legislative Council member, has resigned following his arrest on suspicion of drink-driving and hit-and-run. He is the first legislator to step down over a scandal in more than 26 years.
