Government to Amend Land Act to Allow Multiple Homes on FELDA Lots
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim has directed FELDA to prepare amendments to the Land (Group Settlement Areas) Act 1960 within two months, enabling settlers to construct multiple houses on single residential lots. The move aims to support 8,000 homes already built.
