Singapore Driver Charged Over Kallang Crash While Under Influence of Ice
A 36-year-old Singapore man has been charged with dangerous driving under the influence of methamphetamine after crashing into a taxi in Kallang, injuring a cabby and passenger. He also faces weapons possession charges.
