Malaysia's Yasmeen Muhamad Shariff Re-elected to UN Committee on Child Rights
Datuk Yasmeen Muhamad Shariff has been elected to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child for 2027–2031, receiving 136 votes from 189 States Parties. This marks her second appointment to the independent expert panel.
